Terms of Service

Welcome to Frog School. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website,

courses, programs, communities, and all related services (“Platform”). By enrolling or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms..

1. Course Schedule & Conduct

  • You will have 3 mandatory sessions per week (MWF or TTS based on batch).

  • Attendance in guest sessions or additional sessions is required when informed.

  • Your presence is expected every day and you must be reachable for submissions.

  • Each module includes tasks and credits; 80% credits are required for course completion certificates.

  • Late entry to class is not allowed once the mentor starts or if tasks are incomplete.

  • You are treated as a professional from Day 1, responsible for your own progress.

  • Unnecessary leaves must be avoided. Prior approval is required through email.

  • A 4-week probation evaluates punctuality, discipline, and effort.

  • Delays in tasks impact module flow.

  • You must maintain ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism when working with external teams or companies.

  • Misbehavior or abuse will result in termination and may involve legal consequences.

  • You will collaborate with students of different batches and professionals; maintain respectful work behavior.

  • Mobile phones may be used only when required.

  • Constant feedback to mentors and coordinators is encouraged.

2. Platform Usage & Eligibility

  • These Terms apply to all Frog School platforms including website, recorded courses, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, emails, and other social channels.

  • Some services are provided by third-party vendors; their terms also apply.

  • You must be at least 15 years old to join any program.

  • Enrollment is a binding agreement to complete the course and pay the full fees.

  • Frog School may revise curriculum, session flow, and trainers based on industry needs.

  • Frog School is not liable for non-availability of services due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or situations beyond control.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Access to any program is granted only after fees are paid fully or as per agreed installments.

  • If payment is pending beyond the allowed time, access may be removed without notice.

  • Late payments attract a 5% weekly penalty.

  • If fees are paid in installments, reminders will be sent before due dates.

  • Program fees paid for one course cannot be transferred to another program or another person.

4. Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction-Based Refund

We want students to feel completely confident in their decision to learn with us.
If a student is not satisfied with the quality of the program, they may request a refund

within 30 days from the batch start date, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The student must have attended the classes/sessions conducted within those 30 days.

  2. All tasks or assignments assigned during this period must be completed.

  3. A written explanation for the dissatisfaction must be submitted to help us improve.

Upon approval, Frog School will process a refund of the fees paid, excluding the registration fee, which remains non-refundable.

Institute-Initiated Refund


If Frog School is unable to offer a student a place in the course, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid by the student.

4. Batch Transfer

You may request a batch transfer within 60 days of your batch orientation by emailing FrogSchool.in@gmail.com.

  • Transfer fee: INR 5000 plus any difference in course fee.

  • Transfer must be availed within 180 days of orientation.

  • Only one transfer is allowed.

  • Requests after 60 days are not accepted.

  • The only exception: If Frog School cannot offer a seat in a course, fees will be refunded.

6. Admission Cancellation

Your admission may be cancelled if:

  • You violate discipline, rules, or code of conduct.

  • You engage in ragging, substance abuse, or misconduct.

  • You miss more than 6 live sessions without prior official communication.

  • You fail to pay fees within 10 days of the deadline.
    No refunds apply in these cases.

7. Attendance Policy

  • You must maintain 80% attendance in live classes AND 80% course completion.

  • Without meeting this requirement, you will not receive placement/internship assistance.

  • Valid reasons for absence (within 20% limit):

    • College exams

    • University exams

    • Illness (with doctor certificate)

    • Death in the family

  • Travel is not considered a valid reason for absence.

  • Missing a lesson does not entitle you to a refund or a replacement session.

  • Absence of 6 consecutive sessions without notice is considered dropout/absconding.

8. Placement Policy

  • Placement assistance is available only if you meet:

    • 80% attendance in live sessions

    • 80% completion of course

  • Career/mentorship sessions are mandatory for placement eligibility.

  • Students receive 5 interview opportunities; the institute is not responsible if none are cleared.Absence of 6 consecutive sessions without

  • notice is considered dropout/absconding.

9. Platform Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce course content.

  • Misuse or harass anyone in communication channels.

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform.

  • Use course material for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Frog School is not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Technical issues

  • Service interruptions

  • Decisions made by students based on course content

All programs are for educational purposes only.

11. Modifications to Terms

Frog School may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
