Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction-Based Refund
We want students to feel completely confident in their decision to learn with us.
If a student is not satisfied with the quality of the program, they may request a refund
within 30 days from the batch start date, subject to the following conditions:
The student must have attended the classes/sessions conducted within those 30 days.
All tasks or assignments assigned during this period must be completed.
A written explanation for the dissatisfaction must be submitted to help us improve.
Upon approval, Frog School will process a refund of the fees paid, excluding the registration fee, which remains non-refundable.
Institute-Initiated Refund
If Frog School is unable to offer a student a place in the course, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid by the student.
